Hi Everyone

I hope you have had a good week in the sunshine. It is definitely summer now!

The children have had another epic week. We have really enjoyed learning about Greek Gods and Goddesses. We are going to use elements of our research from Greece and Ancient Greece in our story writing over the next couple of weeks. We have also started some learning on the geography of Greece. We have found it on a map using an atlas and found it on the globe. We have also started to look at the geographical features of Greece. In maths, we have finished learning about time and have moved on to shape and angles.  They have also been thinking about what makes a good friend. The children have their home  learning in their reading folders. 

For next week, we are looking forward to the science workshop on rockets which will take place on Monday. We are also looking forward to writing our stories and learning more about angles.
