About North Tawton Primary School

North Tawton Community Primary School is a fully inclusive school which strives to provide an enriched and vibrant education to inspire children to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to flourish in the 21st Century. We are a single form entry school, with children joining the pre-school from 2 years old, followed by seven single-age classes Year R to Year 6.

Our school enjoys outstanding outdoor sports facilities, with large hard and grassed playing areas. There is also an orchard which together with a wide variety of habitats including banks, hedges, pond, stone walls, cob walls, shrubbery and nettle beds, offers wide scope for on-site environmental education.

We are very proud of our Ofsted report which was published in September 2022.
