Hi Everyone
It has been a really eventful four weeks. The children have really settled well and worked incredibly hard. They have shown a great deal of enthusiasm and perseverance with their learning. They are also taking lots of risks when talking in front of the class and using new vocabulary. Some highlights from this week are: trying apples and honey for the Jewish festival of Rosh Hashanah; painting like Stone Age people using twigs and mud; writing and performing part of a play and learning all about fractions. The children have also been busy writing reviews of books they enjoyed and would recommend to their classmates. For the first week of next term, Ms Ruby is in on Monday and covering me on Thursday as I'm on a course. I will put more details of what we are learning on the Dojo over the holidays. I really hope you all get to spend some time with friends and family over the holidays. I think it will be great for the children to get a little glimpse of normal life again. They really deserve their break. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the Easter Bunny comes. A massive thank you for being so supportive and all the best for Easter Miss Keen and Ms Ruby Comments are closed.
