Hi Everyone

I hope you are well and have enjoyed not being quite so locked down. 

Despite the wind and rain, the children have had a busy week. We have been talking about vehicles in French and learning to weave friendship bracelets in art. The children wrote a first draft of our abandoned building stories and started telling the time in maths. In PSHE, we continued our work on safety and we had lots of children completing their home learning on this subject. We have looked at safety around the school, home, water, road and fireworks.  We are continuing to learn how to play tennis in PE. 

Next week, it  is the last week before half term. We are going to continue telling the time and writing our stories. They will have singing and music with Mrs Matthews as normal on a Tuesday morning. We are going to finish our science on plants and plant out our pea plants. Perhaps we will even get some peas!  We will also write up our results and conclusions.
