11.9.2020 End of the First Week

Wow! What a fantastic week the children have had. They have dived right into the learning as if they have never been away. I'm, and everyone else, is so proud of them.

We have started our history and we will be learning about the Roman fort, the woollen mill and the train station that used to be in North Tawton. If you are walking around the town nearby and you fancy taking photos, or if you have any other interesting photos/information of historic parts of North Tawton, please do share them on Dojo and we will add them to our timeline.

The children also had a coaching session this week with a coach from Saints Southwest. They are learning about team games. I saw some great team work.

I have sent home spellings for this week (I'll email out the list for you child's group) and I sent their Times Table Rock Stars logins yesterday. Any questions, please do let me know.
