Happy Friday!
We have had a super busy week with our bike ability sessions! The instructors were very impressed with our children and their behaviour, which was great to hear. Meanwhile, in class some children were busy having a go at lots of different projects. They designed their own biomes (see pictures) and their own secret annexes. We have also continued with our English and maths lessons. In maths we have started a new unit all about area and perimeter. We have looked at how to find the perimeter of rectangles and the area of rectangles and compound shapes. We will finish this unit next week. In English we have been exploring the features of a newspaper article and begun writing our own newspaper reports about the discovery of Anne Frank and her family. We will aim to finish these and publish these by the end of next week. We have not covered much of the wider curriculum this week due to bike ability but we will be finishing our units off next week before the Easter Break! Have a lovely weekend :) Comments are closed.
