Well done Chestnut Class.
We are all missing Mrs Budiman but I have to say how marvellously well you have all coped giving Miss Heffer a chance to share her talents! The class have been very busy with a morning packed with phonics, writing, reading and maths learning. The afternoon sessions are a little more relaxed now and have opened up the opportunities to be more creative. We had to design a special 'Thinking Cap' and had to try to make a catapult that actually fired and had the challenge of designing a working marble run!
I am pleased to see the many, many ways that you are making the home learning fit in with your own home circumstances. I  was so pleased to hear how, despite the lockdown restrictions,  the children are caring for the environment, for their mental and physical health and of course not to forget Valentine's Day!
