Practise rhyming words with your child for fun! Reading Please remember to read with your child everyday on a weekday for 5 minutes. This is absolutely crucial to progress especially at this time when we don't have volunteer readers. Maths We continue our work with Number and will be: Comparing objects by counting and through language. Learning the symbols for more than, less than and equal to. Comparing numbers. Ordering objects. Ordering numbers within 10. Homework Challenge Practise counting, reading and writing numbers to twenty in order in the homework book this week. If you are feeling really brave try writing numbers to 10 in words! Science This week we look a little further into the senses and which body parts are responsible for each sense.
