This week the children have completed a 'Big Write' where they showed off their English skills and wrote their own adventure story. The class enjoyed being the 'author' and complimented their work with some great illustrations.
Maths work this week has included practising addition and subtraction strategies using practical equipment to help with calculations.
In Science the children used what they knew about the properties of materials to create a collage. It was lovely to see the class enjoying some cutting and sticking whilst talking like a scientist telling me what they knew!
