It has been a lovely week in Acorn class, we have reconnected with familiar friends and making new friends too! The children have been talking about their families, pets, and homes connecting to our topic 'Unique me.' We have been caring for babies in the home corner, hunting for spiders on the decking, enjoying the grass area, making apple pies in the mud kitchen, counting with the help of numicon, painting on paper and each other! There was a mystery as the lion went missing from 'Dear Zoo' and most of the children searched and found him hiding in Amelia's tray.
Forest School will be starting next Wednesday - Please provide wellies and wet weather gear. Quote of the week: A messy child is a sign of a good day :) Have a calm bank holiday weekend, see you on Tuesday. Karen, Sophie, Lucy, and Mel. Comments are closed.
