We started the week with a practice run for sports day and are all very excited to see just how far we can run and how fast!
Our topic 'ready stead go' has led us on a journey all the way to Australia where animals such as Koala bears live. A thirteen headed monster came for a visit and counting has been a focus this week. We discovered a new favourite book called My shadow is pink, the children have loved listening to it. Team work
Concerts Waterfalls Sand pies Concentration Cutting and snipping Drawing.... Just a few of our moments this week This week, Karen has been in France with Year 6 however we have still had lots of fun in Nursery. In Forest school, we have a new piece of apparatus that all of EYFS have been enjoying. The children have been thinking all about emotions and using the colour monster story as inspiration. In PE we focused on balancing and using balls to bounce in and out of hoops. We have also had lots of fun on the decking with the water tray, musical instruments and the pirate ship. Have a lovely weekend everyone EY Team |
