First Day Back

It was lovely to see all the children back today and there are no worries in my "worry box" so hopefully everyone is feeling a little less anxious and ready to start work tomorrow. All children have brought home their reading diary and a reading book today, unless they're going to be reading a book from home. They must bring their reading book to school every day along with their reading diary. If this is a problem, they can have one book to read at home, which stays at home, and another book to read at school which stays at school. I expect them to read at home a little every day and there is a "reading miles challenge" in their reading diary which we have talked about today. Please look at the diary and its contents sometime this week with your child. Just a reminder that we will have PE on Friday morning and children should wear their PE kit to school I that day.
