End of week 3.
Well done to all the children from Sycamore Class. I have been receiving lots of great work and the children are all becoming experts on Google Classroom. This experience will certainly have upskilled them as far as computing skills go! I love seeing the children who join the meetings although I wish they'd talk to me a bit more!!! I'm returning maths handed in daily so that children can check and correct their work - please make sure they contact me if they need help with anything. I enjoy reading what they have written in English and in their wider curriculum lessons. I always look at what they have done but don't always have time to feedback individually. Looking forward to doing some poetry next week inspired by the beautiful book - I am Cat by Jackie Morris. I am planning to hold some writing conferences with some individuals using the stories they wrote and Mrs Underwood was keen to read some of them so I shall forward some on to her. I hope children are dipping into the wider curriculum lessons offered every afternoon but also getting some fresh air and exercise (when it's not raining). Remember Joe Wicks, PE lessons on Friday and why not try the Yoga link Mr Foreman has posted on the school page. Remember to register for Travel to Tokyo and record your exercise against the school. I hope you all have a good weekend and the children are able to rest and recuperate ready for another week! Comments are closed.
