End of Week 2

It's Friday again and the end of a busy week in Year Six. The children have worked very hard on baseline assessments as well as learning more about The Blitz and about the global effect of WW2 including how people from all over the Commonwealth came to Britain to help with the war effort. I have sent them home with their half termly topic homework which I will post on here too. If they would like to do any sort of project linked to our topics, I am more than happy for them to use their imagination. They can use Google Classroom and Google Docs or Google slides and send work to me electronically or bring it back into school for me to see and share with the class. Spellings will be tested every Friday and the weekly homework (maths place value this week) needs to be brought in on Friday when we'll go through it together. I hope you all have a great weekend.
