We've had a great day today celebrating all things harvest and Autumn. It began with a fab selection of costumes this morning, followed by a lovely celebration in church during which the children were excellently behaved and sung beautifully. Thank you for your generous donations of food also. This afternoon, we continued our harvest theme with some still life sketching of apples, conkers and Autumn leaves. Have a look at some of the photos below.
Next week, we've got a busy week coming up as we enter the last week of this half term. On Monday, the children will be the curators of their very own 'Museum of mystery objects'. In English, they will be writing biographies about some (fictional) famous record-breakers! We'll be finishing off our 'Addition and Subtraction' unit in Maths and working hard in History on our end of unit task answering the question 'How did the Romans change Britain?' Have a great weekend. Miss Radbourne Comments are closed.
