It's the end of another half term! Is it just me or has this one flown by even more quickly than usual? The weather has finally stopped raining this week so we've been outside again! This time, we were racing the slingshot cars which we made in D.T. After spending 2 afternoons designing, constructing and thinking about how to streamline then, they were ready to go and some travelled quite some distance. The record was set by Alfie at 5m 50cm! Check out some of the photos below.
In English this week, the children finished writing their own versions of Cinderella. There were some brilliantly creative ideas and I really enjoyed reading the stories. In Maths, we finished out unit on time. Keep practising this at home as it's such as a valuable life skill! We have so much to look forward to after half term. I can't believe it will be our last half of term together! Have a great week off. Rest, relax and enjoy yourselves. Best wishes, Miss Radbourne. Comments are closed.
