Welcome back everybody. I can't believe it's already the Summer term! This week, we've started a unit on persuasive writing in English and have learnt about some different techniques used in persuasive writing including questions, talking directly to the reader and using emotive language. We continue our learning about decimals in Maths and we've revisited how to write numbers with tenths and hundredths. In the afternoons, we have enjoyed a Computing unit about editing photos. We've learnt about why photos are edited and whether this is good or not, and we've practised using online editing tools to alter pictures for different purposes. Every day, we've managed to get out for a daily dash to make the most of this beautiful sunshine! Have a great weekend.
