Well, we have had a busy week in Ash Class! We've really immersed ourselves into our new topics in all of our subjects.
In Maths, we are starting with Place Value. The children used lot of resources such as place value counters to support their learning. In English, we have read a book called 'Meerkat Mail'. Next week, we will be writing our own version of this as a class where a tiny kitten goes to stay with his big cat relatives! In Science, the children explored what makes a solid, liquid and gas. The Romans have captured some interest in History this week. We learnt how Rome was built then became a republic and finally an empire. We have also enjoyed 2 P.E. lessons this week - see the photos below. A big well done to all of the children for their effort and hard work. I look forward to seeing them again next week, on Tuesday not Monday. Miss Radbourne Comments are closed.
