Here is a quick update about some of this week's highlights and brief look at what next week will look like.
One of the firm favourite activities this week was a visit from Waddle the duck from Year 1. The children all had chance to hold him. It was lovely! We've also been making the most of the beautiful weather and spending time outdoors when we can - on the trim trail, field and playground too. We've been finishing off lots of different things this week including our writing. The children have produced fab A3 sheets about different locations in Chile and some went on to make acrostic poems about Chile too. Move up morning on Thursday was a success and I heard great things about what they got up to in Year 5 - spaghetti and marshmallow towers were mentioned! Next week is the final week of term and there will be lots of fun to be had. It is going to be exceptionally hot at the start of the week so it's really important to wear sun cream, have a sun hat and bring a water bottle to school. Comments are closed.
