Dear Parents and Carers,
The children have made a great start to the term and have returned motivated to learn and reinvigorated by the Christmas Spirit. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
This half term we will be joined by our trainee Teacher Mrs Bewes who will be in class from Tuesday until Thursday each week.

Children have moved to their new RWI groups. Please remember to read each night, your child's teacher in phonics should provide spellings each week on a Monday to be tested on a Friday.
The children will be using our class chromebooks to get more familiar with the keyboard and practise writing digitally for themselves.
Over the coming half term in Science we are exploring Weather and the Seasons. We will be of course looking at each season and its characteristics as well as thinking about how plants such as trees change through the seasons. We will also think about how some animals hibernate for the winter.
Forest school will run every other week starting from the 17th of January. Your child will need:
Enjoy your week!
